Dr Sunil Dabadghaodid his under graduation and Post-graduation in Internal medicine from M.G.M medical college Indore. He then completed D.M. in Clinical Immunology from SGPGIMS Lucknow. Further he performed Basic research in the Prestigious Karolonska Institute In Stockholm, Sweden on Tumor Immunology and received M. Phil Degree. He specialized in Haematology from Australia and received training in Bone marrow transplantation at Christian Medical college Vellore. He served as a faculty member in the Department of Immunology. He was the part of the team which performed first stem cell transplant (Autologous) in Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medicial Science, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He then joined all new maiden Multi Super Specialty tertiary care Sahara Hospital and headed the Department Laboratory sciences and supervised the functioning of Haemato-pathology unit. He established the Clinical haematology service which during those days was the only dedicated and functionalhaematologyunit in private sector in whole of Uttar Pradesh. He also started the BMT program in Sahara Hospital and did approximately 40 allogeneic and Autologous transplants in Sahara Hospital. Afterward he joined Apollo-Medics Hospital and initiated the BMT program.
