Medical Visa From Saudi Arabia To India

Medical/Medical Attendant Visas*

Requirements for issue of Medical& Medical Attendant Visas:-

(iii) Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of six months at the time of submission of visa application)
(iv) Copy of Passport
(v) Applicable Visa Fee in Cash Saudi Riyals
(vi) Names and complete addresses of relatives to be visited in India.
(vii) Medical Reports / Hospital References in case of medical treatment.
(viii) Iqama/Bataka copy
(ix) Letter of Sponsor (in case of non-Saudis) and medical treatment papers
(x) Letter of admission from the hospital in India.

Diplomatic / Official Visa

(iv) Note Verbale from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicatingthe purpose of the visit in case of Saudi nationals. Note Verbale from the Embassy or Organisation concerned in case of theirdiplomats/officials indicating the purpose of the visit
(v) Submission of Official/Diplomatic Visa applications at the Embassy between 9.00 AM and 12.30 AM from Sunday to Thursday.
FILM VISA

Requirements for Film Visa (F)
- A letter of intent regarding the shooting of the film in India, mentioning the production schedule or the dates of shooting, particulars of the cast and the crew coming to India for the purpose of the shoot/production, chosen locations, list of filming equipment (if any) that is being brought into the country and other relevant details.
- Permission to shoot the feature film/reality TV and Web shows/series, commercial TV serials/shows and Web shows/series in India from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
- Employment Letter from the Foreign Production Company seeking permission to shoot the film in India for cast and crew seeking Film Visa indicating that the Foreign Production Company will be responsible for cast and crew during their stay in India.
- Original Passport(valid for minimum period of six months at the time of submission of Visa application)
- Copy of the Passport.
- Two recent Passport size photographs. Please see (Photograph Requirements Document).
- Duly filled Online Application form. Click here.
- Copy of Saudi ID card/ Copy of Iqama for Foreigners.
- Application Fee in cash Saudi Riyals.
*NOTE:Additional Charges
- Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) Fee – An additional fee of SAR 12/-along with the regular Visa fees is also charged from all visa applicants.
- Processing and Handling charges levied by M/S VFS GCC LLCare at the following rates(These are over and above the regular Visa Fees)
